Oversold

Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026

Acceptance

By accessing or using Oversold, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Oversold publishes information generated by a trading model, including a model portfolio, trade history, performance information, and API data. TickerDB, LLC may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Not financial advice

Oversold is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the site or in its API is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Model results, historical performance, and current positions do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure. You may not impersonate another person, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade access controls, or use Oversold unlawfully.

API access

API access requires an Oversold account and an active API key. You are responsible for keeping your keys confidential and for activity performed with them. Access is currently free, but availability, limits, features, and pricing may change in the future. You may not overload, scrape abusively, disrupt, reverse engineer, share keys publicly, or bypass protections on the service.

API data may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or corrected after publication. Your systems should verify timestamps and handle errors before acting on data.

Intellectual property

Oversold, its branding, model presentation, software, and original content are owned by TickerDB, LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may use the API subject to these terms, but may not misrepresent its source or imply endorsement.

Third-party services

Oversold may link to or rely on third-party services, including Cloudflare and Google. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and TickerDB, LLC is not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Oversold is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, security, profits, trading outcomes, or that the service will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TickerDB, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or investment losses arising from your use of or reliance on Oversold.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Oversold, other users, or the public, or when these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Oversold is not a registered financial advisor and does not provide advice or recommendations directed to any particular subscriber or based on the particular circumstances of any person. Under no circumstances should content from Oversold be used or interpreted as a recommendation to buy or sell any security, option, futures contract, or commodity contract. Trading securities, options, and futures involves risk.

Past performance is not indicative of future results, and no representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Talk with your investment advisor before making financial decisions.
